More Adventures here!

So things have been getting very busy around here, getting ready for the holidays, and kids with the school things and getting ready for the breaks coming up, plus the big day, but we still want to spend as much time as we can having fun and learning together.

Michael picture

A quick picture of the ring!!!

So we planned a trip out to the Johnson's Shut-ins State Park and Elephant rock one weekend, which was just amazingly beautiful! was two hours to drive down and two hours back! We got some great pictures and was a great place not only for some out door adventures but a good place to let Michael practice his mad skills at photography. We have a pretty nice Sony camera with a great lens. As you can really see all the details in this picture! I am just showing the picture off because Michael is just so Amazing!!!
Yes I took this one too, the scene behind the scenes!

My picture
Justice says she  will just stay here forever

Kids are staying No more pictures here, They want to start exploring now!

Another one of my pictures

More friends we ending up seeing there

Last weekend, Bob and I went out to celebrate his co workers birthday, and was truly a party. We ending up meeting up at this local bar, where it just so happens Bob knew some friends that were playing with their band there, and was also a custom party, but Bob and I didn't know or we would have dressed up too.

This is his co workers here

here some of the people we know playing on stage

It's truly been such a busy week here tho, right after this weekend, his co worker here, in the left, was demoted, for some crazy, unrelated, stuff in the office, so he is now not apart of the sales team, but a warehouse stocker. Which also means a small promotion for Bob, and we are truly grateful for and sad at the same time, because of the price...

I got some cool tags on facebook this week for Bridget as well, I got to see a younger grandma Jo, and an actual picture of my grandfather I never met. Which really was nice. I don't have any pictures of him. Bobby looks so much like him! Woohh crazy!

Mines is the big one, Justice has the bright pink. then we wrapped them in blue!
Justice and I are getting stuff ready for the big day, we made bouquets for the wedding, one for her and one for me, so with the extra flowers, made two smaller ones, we plan on setting one out for grandma Ussery, and giving the other to
grandma Jo, for a keepsake.

See here we are adding blue, with a paint maker!

I am still looking for something burrowed, I have my something old and something blue! I have a small pearl diamond neck less, and small matching diamond earrings, from grandma Ussery, that Madith gave me, and I wear them daily and justice will help add blue with paint on these flowers,

and here with just very light blue streaks!
Doing these flowers myself was just an idea I had to save money, but than I realized this was perfect way to give Justice some parts in making choices, (Being my Maid of Honor) she picked the colors and pretty much all of it! She said while working on these flowers, that "She is super glad I've never been married before, because she loves doing all this fun wedding stuff with her mom!" OMGosh melt my heart now! So sweet! I'm am the one that is truly blessed tho, because I couldn't imagine having anyone else helping me doing this stuff!  It's feels prefect!

Stick Figure
We also have seen more bands of course! So we saw Rebelution & Stick Figure at the pageant in st. louis. Was so Great! OMG So we had an extra ticket we paid good money for, and we found someone who really was in need
Rebelution
of it, like all his friends were in there, and it was sold out! He was just in the right place at the right time cause we gave him the extra ticket! Feels so great to help others! And after the show I even got to get my picture with one of the band and was really a great show! They had a one point both bands playing and artist painting at the show, while they were playing, was wonderful, should see my videos on Youtube! They even had their DOG on stage and chilling with them!! So Fun!
Female singer in Stick Figure
this is the last painting the had worked on
I loved this back round
Stick Figure was alot of fun and I was just so impressed with the stage lighting and was one the better shows we've seen there.

We also took the kids to see a show at the Gateway Motorsports Park in Illinois. Which wasn't that far of a drive really. Micheal Loved this! he got to take pictures, and run around, and there were kids his age there too, Justice only liked the blue cars. LOL yes, she only enjoyed seeing blue cars! Like real kid?

Just a neat picture here!

We still got some smiles

Our silly faces! I can't make one, I'm Laughing to hard!

Till next time! More and more adventures to come!

What a week

This week was crazy we had some ups and we had some downs! Took lots more fun pictures.
this first one is just out the back yard. Nice place to take the Fox out for her walk.

First off Bob & I managed to get on the guess listed to a show at the new Delmar hall in STL just by showing up! Which was so cool, we weren't on the list, till the box office, called the boss, and was like yeah, they're here, right now? Yeah, that was too cool!

We saw
Meat Puppets,
and Dean Ween.
No they totally did not have puppets! I, myself was slightly disappointed that they didn't have the puppets, thought it might make they show better! Although, this was a awesome show! Took three day to hear right again! Without the slight ringing tone hanging around. We got front row, and the video I shot, was used in the bands promotion review on the website for other shows, since they need to promote being on tour! Super SWEET! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rspv_s80e9c here's the video.

Justice got to go to her first real party, with no Mom hanging around. The school had a drop off custom party for Two whole hours! We gave her $10, and her phone, told her to text just before it was over, and get food. Well, she did nothing of the sort. She spent the money on candy and soda. Straight up said "pizza was $15 a slice." To my face I called the school it was $7, the dinner package was $15. I'm not sweating the small stuff, but dang what a brat. Top this night off it took me 45 minutes to pick her up from 3 blocks away. She claims, she had no bars, (signal) and her track phone is the stupidest thing ever!
Has no Internet, no camera, LOL I feel soooo sorry! Not. We have talked, and talked, about why, she has a track phone, and how I don't like what the other kids she goes to school with using them for. She knows. I'm not changing my mind on that one. I do Love her, and this whole new stage. It's slightly enjoyable. It has it's ups and downs.

We found out after the party, she had caught this virus, called "Hand Mouth Feet something." Where you get blisters on your hands, and feet, and the back of your throat, it also comes with headaches, and fevers. Well.... I didn't know she was sick, and she had wore heels to the party, and so I thought she was just complaining, and told her to drink more water Monday, and to "Go to school." The school had four days off school, so I planned on taken her in to complain to the doctor on a non school day. That's when I found out she really was sick. Man, I felt bad, but not too bad, she didn't share that little germ with me, she took it back to school!

After we got all that worked out, we came home and had a fun filled week with anime books, and videos. Since the schools like to just take a week off school, when ever they want! Pretty much, I mean they did have some "Parent teacher meetings setup," but really, it was just because, "they want a week off, ya know?!!" Anyways, the kids like some new shows we got from the library, one is called "Angelic Layer and the other is Noragami" Which they both took over the living room pulled out the couches and not only binged watched but "lived" in the living room, with blankets, pillows and all! This was cute!

We also took advantage of the last day of sixflags fright fest and did some more rides and things, but we Bob and I wanted to take it a bit slower this time and we saw some shows they put on at sixflags to, one of the shows wants some volunteers, and they put you under hypoines. Yeah we totally did that too!

Like this little hike we took the family on, it was just a nice day, so we took the metal detector out too!

There is just tons more I can go on about but for now I will end it here...till next time!

These last two weeks has been lots of fun! There is just to much fun wrapped up here!

First We won tickets to see James Bay play at the Pageant, than after the show, My Bob & I headed next door to see Penny Wise play at the Delmar Hall, another group great artist! Great views at both shows!

than we had a pretty good week after this, till the worst thing ever happen to the kids!
Their DVD player fell and broke, while being careless, and there is no way to fix it. So we ask the kids "what the thought we should do", they both said "we need you to go buy us a new one!"

So after thinking about it Bob and I might but we thought we might make them work for it.
WE ask them both what they thought a new one cost,
Michael being younger got to answer first. He said "Well, a big one cost about $500.00 dollars and a medium one cost about $300.00 dollars so the small must be about $200.00 dollars. We need a small one Mom, so can I have $200.00 dollars for it?!
I said Hmmmm, I see.
OK Justice, How much do you think a new DVD player cost? She rolls her eyes and says gee Mom I would at least say it was $150.00!

After they had answered I had to turn my face, I couldn't help but have the silliest grim on my face.
We paid $1.00 for the one the broke, we got it at a yard sale. Oh Gees.

So I told them they have to do that much work around the house before we get a new one! $200.00 dollars wroth of work!

The poor kids looked horrified, I do love to tease them so! It has been a great week with all the help around the house this week for me indeed!

Michael had a special invitation! His teacher was getting married and she wanted her class to be there for a photo after the wedding. Michael is a part of her first year teaching her own class! So of course we went! He took almost all of these photos too!

Than later the next day we went on a nice adventure hike small two mile with all the family. Love to explore everything here!

than we all had icecream! Even the fox!

Than to top off the weekend ending our Sunday night, we headed out to make everyone as sleepy as possible to SixFlags St Louis. 40 minute drive.

   than we stayed till close!

Now to see what the new week brings! Kids are hoping for that new dvd player! LOL
